The cooperation on digitalization with the objective of improving the customer experience, started already in 2020 with the integration of Moominworld magic wristbands and Moominworld’s app, a solution by Yonoton. For the season 2023 Moominworld turned 100% using Yonoton's POS, mini-POS and self-service kiosks solutions at the park, implementing nearly 40 POS'ses at the park. Moominworld also uses Yonoton's ticketing solution to sell entrance tickets via various sales channels: app, webshop, kiosks and POS'ses.
